CLEARSHIELD (NANO)

It is the process of coating with a transparent, invisible chemical applied to the inner surface of the glass to facilitate the rapid removal of lime-chlorinated water from the glass. It allows the glass to be easily cleaned and kept clean and is long-lasting.

SANDBLASTING PATTERN

It is a process of abrasive sand blasting and matting at high speed and intensity on the outer surface of the glass. When applied partially, a pattern is obtained according to demand.

SANDBLASTING FOIL

It is a foil with its own adhesive, which makes the glass look like sandblasted. It is applied to the outer surface of the glass, does not leave fingerprints and stains. It prevents the fragments from dispersing in case the glass is broken.

TINTED GLASS

Optionally, the glasses in all cabin models can be produced as Bronze (brown) or Smoked (dark gray) instead of transparent. It is not opaque, the interior remains visible.

REFLECTED GLASS

It is a single-sided mirror effect by adding a reflective layer to the outer surface of the colored glass during the production of the glass. It prevents the inside from being seen from the outside while it is visible from the inside.

CAROLAGE PRINT

It is the addition of vertical and horizontal stripes to the outer surface of the glass with black enamel printing oven paint method. It divides the glass into eight parts with three horizontal and one vertical strips on each glass. Since the oven is paint, it has the same life as the glass.

TEMPERED GLASS

The tempering process includes heating and cooling stages to add pressure stress to the outer surfaces of the glass on the horizontal line.Full tempered glass is 5 times resistant to normal glass and is suitable for use as a safety glass because it reduces the risk of injury when broken. It is applied to glass in semi-tempering process using different cooling stages. Semi-tempered glass is approximately 2 times more resistant than unprocessed glass and does not fall into the safety glass class. FULLY TEMPERED (SECURITY GLASS) is used in our cabins.

LAMINATED GLASS

It is a type of glass consisting of pressing two or more plate glass under heat and pressure with the help of a special layer called PVB. It is referred to as safety glass, it prevents the lm glass from dispersing in the break of the glass, thus minimizing the risk. It is generally used as 3 + 3 mm or 4 + 4 mm in shower cabins. Color alternatives are available.

BEARINGS

Double-wheeled, adjustable, chrome plated on metal (brass), which does not rust and for many years, lime etc. is durable. Bottom bearing sets are footed and provide easy and practical disassembly when desired, so that the rails can be cleaned without removing the cabinet in sliding models.

HANDLES

Metallized plastic decorative and stylish handles with a hole distance of 16 cm are used in our cabins. Alternatively, we have chrome on brass handle options.

PROFILES

Our profiles used in our shower cabins are made of 100% aluminum with TSE, ISO9001, QUALICOAT QUALANOD certificates. MATT ANODIZING, BRIGHT ANODIZING, BRONZE, MATT-BRIGHT BLACK ANTHRACITE, GOLD and optional COPPER colors are available.
